Hi

Yesterday I check something under my car and I discover this. The picture is not a good quality, sorry.
I will remove the wheel to check it gain, but...
...What I saw is not that mister Bauer lost my nut. But he fucked up my hose! It is a bit hard to see, but he bent the hose!!!



My TUv approved goodridge are fucked-up!
How is it possible to do that? I'm really really afraid of what i will be next discover
What is your advice, do I need to change it??

one more advice : I'me loonking for a 115mm 25 row oil cooler, the same like Matz.
Is someone have a cheap adress for this mocal oil cooler?

My cooler is from sandtler, I dont know if you can find it cheaper anywhere else. Maybe ebay Anzeige?? Sandler is normally very quick with shipping, never had bad experiences with them.

Hello People

Long time without news. Time for me to find the correct tial f*8 wastegate at a good price.

60€ to buy some new screw and bold lost by mister B



A real solenoid, not the fake one of mister B


A real brand new WG with a little 0,4 bar spring (with a real exhaust manifold, a exhaust, I think the car will be more powerfull @0,4-0,65 bar than previously @0,9 bar)




But unfortunately I found an another oil leakage, probably an other gift by mister B
What I know is that mister B broke a turbo in my car during test

So I have a big oil leakage at the kkk k24 while the car did not start for a very lomg time (3 month)
Pictures to follow.

Any advice about this oil lekage?

Hey people

To inform

I've ask the man who made me the exhaust manifold,

he explain me the turbo ' axle got full plenty of "tolerance", I dont know the english word

What I understand is mister B mount a kkk k24 that was not checked
The kkk is an old one, and just available to change it...

Ok, to confirm my turbo is simply dead
Because mister B destroy a turbo he probably find another cheap one, not checked
So big oil leakage from hot side...

I receive my oil cooler and special item to hang it to the water cooler





ACtually mister B is not able to reply when I inform him about mistacke he does.
Just unfair, but I "forecast" he will do like this

Anyway I continue

Turbo finally removed.
Like I supposed, the turbo is an old one. Mister B fucked me for this too...
unbalanced with bearing destroyed.

Just some pictures to show you the turbo and the new exhaust instead of the bullshit of mister B
this new is probably not "perfekt", but is probably better.
new WG to replace the previsous too :)

Remember the downpipe was weld on turbo and the modified manifold broken


An now the supposed brand new kkk k24 7200. This is not a new one Or the man which change something inside does wrong...


Finally the hot side was rectified to remove the shit of mister B

Hi Matz,

My previous message was not very clear

This is not a new turbo. This is the old one fitted by mister B
But we were able to remove the weld on the hot side. As a result the downpipe can now be mount like everybody on earth.
But because the car stayed for more than 3 month at the same place, I finally see from were comes the last oil leak. This was not only the oil cooler hose modified by mister B but the turbo himself!!

the manifold, the down pipe, the waste gate port (and the full exhaust) was made in belgium by a man that only does exhaust
this is not very clinic and polish stainless steel but I need to lowered the price
the whole thing fit perfectly and can be removed

actually I need to send the turbo to repair it or buy new one.
maybe it is possible to repair it, but it seems it was already repaired at least once

I need to change something to the power steering gear box
I gave some stuff to fit, to mister B, but instead of fit them, he stole my stuff and put old nut, screw etc...

I hope I will finish during may at least.
After all of that, I need to tune the motor. Maybe I will come to see TT

Maybe I need to check if honing, pistons, valve seat, etc etc is good.
in fact i'm really afraid of what was done.

Maybe I will give the motor to a realspecialist to check every component, tolerance etc fitted inside
I don't know if the job was done by mister B or someone else

Mister B probably tried to earn more money with was what done to the motor.
I'm pretty sure something goes wrong at the very beginning. He change the IBAN account. Tuning of the car last and last.
Actually I change everything . As a result I'm sure of what was done :)
