Hey people

Because of the fake turbo of mister B my car is at pit stop again since the very beginning
Actually I'm trying to change what was done wrong,
For exemple oil pressure gauge was left on the ground (charge 200€ without asking!!), flying around the floor at everycorner
This is only prototype (moke up) but I'm trying to fit 5 gauge (oil °, EGT, oil pressure, boost and AFR)
This is only to tune the car, I will try do change the whole gauge
oil temp and EGT will be fit behind the air vent. on the picture, this is a test



I think mister B want to kill me or with a fire (oil leakage) or break defect

I removed the wheel and discover what was done when he change my discs :

Once again joint is lost (yellow arrow) and cap is lost to.



I've replace the 2 bolds lost by mister B
you can see the break hose, I already share a picture


But have a look when I've removed the wheel
Is his fucking dog plays with my hose??!!!


This men is just not competent, he his a public danger for other people!

The picture he send me when he was fitting his manifold and turbo
The turbo got a yellow point on cold side


Ain got any picture but mine do not got this yellow point.
So i think he broke the previous and put an old one

And now a picture he send to me when fitting the intercooler.
We can see the watercooler is not in very good condition but still efficient


Now when I receive the car.
i really need to change the watercooler

I dont know if it helps but I still have the old turbo from my stage 2 setup from BHT. If you have a use for it or like to have some spare parts of that turbo you can maybe use the 2 used turbos to get 1 functioning turbo out of it. If you would like to inspect it just let me know via pn. We should meet so you can have a look at my setup and get a smile on your face again when we drive it. ;D

Really, if I can not use mister B parts it will be good for my car :) But thank you anyway.
Actually my turbo is send to a specialist and will be check.
If it can't be repaired, I will need to think about your offer. Is it a kkk k24??

Actually thanks of turbo removed and power sterring removed too, to check it (I think mister B fuc*** me with some stuff he should change) I count missing screw, nuts or bolds. Unbelievable nothing was mount correctly, everytime I check a nut a bold or something is missing.

I will put some gold foil to brake hoze near DP etc

For sure, I hope we will meet together.

Hello people,

Some news about my turbo : problem with axial tolerance need to replace the bearing etc... The turbo fitted is not a new one, like WG, oilcooler, catalyst, and lot of other stuff
He probably forget to add oil after fit it.

But it is not my real problem. What is important, I think mister bauer did a wrong oil return.
I need your advice, it is important : I thing it is not good to have it partial horizontal ....

Here an another view with the system fitted. It is the genuine Mr Bauer system.


Can you provide any advice, what can I do to avoid to be near the manifold? It is probably not good to have a part of the hose horizontal. So I need to find maybe a 45° return instead of this 90°. I probably need to protect it from heat.
Actually I don't know what to do :( Or where to by any bolt on or not hose...

The TUV cert is not worth a single penny if you are in a serious control. I would not stick to parts you dont like just for TUV. Choose the turbo you prefer and put a heatshield on top or have your car really TUV certified. Your car has the same TUV as every other car of BHT and that is in no way better than his turbo setups. Your engine power is also not at all near to the power you will have in future so if you have an accident and they inspect your car you wont be the happiest guy in Luxembourg. What is the power you have in your car documents, 155KW? :D

Yes, you are right Matz. I know tuv cert is a fake, but :

Here at Luxbg, what inspectors are doing is to check if every part number are the same or got the same references at certificate.
For brake hose, I just need this certificate.

For the rest of the motor, I need the tuv cert, the KKK turbo a stock exhaust and it is ok. If I change the turbo they will check it and I will be no more able to register the car.
The problem was the exhaust. The Bauer put under my car an strange exhaust without any serial number. The tuv cert' mention 2 serial number so I was unable to register the car.
All I need is a stock exhaust to register at least. I've got one and I will be able to fit it to the downpipe thanks to an a modification.

About the power in the tuv certi' It is writing 191kW
Which is by far too low ( i want 350bhp , but I will run mainly @0.4-0.7 bars thanks to the spring inside my new WG until I'm not sure about internals)

I hope it is really 191kW, not 191 bhp :) :)


This car is only to run at tracks. I just need a tuv to reach the track but you are right, i need to be right in law

Anyway after the car is registered, inspector takes pictures to see if something is modified. So now I need to keep my fucking kkk k24. This bas*** was not able to put an borgwarner EFR or something and used an old kkk k24... It enough for my 350bhp
