Tasty_Wonton
Just that you void your warranty by dismantling the car, that's true, but I assume you knew that...

I really wonder if the warranty if void only for things I dismantle or for the whole thing.
Anyway I thing I can do things better, simply putting some real oil hose for oil cooler for exemple. :)

Need to ask to the laywer :)

Hello people

For how follows this thread, I want you to share something I discover last week when removing the front bumper etc..
This is once again some kind of gift that the company Bas*** not Honest Thief done to my car.

Will you find it? :)

The right side (passenger side)

And now the left side (driver)

i wonder how is it fucking possible to lose one screw of this size?

I want to show you the oil cooling system for what I was charge 300€+.
Like the exhaust, like the manifold, like the downpie, like the waste gate, like the map, like everything else, I need to remove the whole thing and replace by a new one.

The oil hose from the modyne to the oil cooler. I remember this modified system is supposed to handle 5 bars.
A special made hose will cost me only 80€ 120°C and 65 bars capable.

The oil cooler. A new one is 90€. The performance is : Where is mister B. able to find this kind of shit??!!
Where? I can't understand in what kind of brain (?) this idea can germinate??

Finally it will be used to find a good place for the brand new one :P

The funny thing about the oil cooler is that just a few months ago he told me that in the EP3 there is no space available for an oil cooler. I took the offer on his internet page but in 4 months he did not find a place to mount it though prior the buildup he strongly advised me to have an oil cooler installed. Now as I look at your oil cooler I am very happy that he did not install it on my car.
Just besides SAR installed the oilcooler just behind the OEM water cooler. That is the mostly used position and though the air runs through the intercooler and water cooler before reaching the oil cooler the cooling effect is quite sufficent. The thing is just that there is only space for a 220mm oil cooler and the way it looks he only had a very old 330mm cooler in his barn. So that seems to be the reason why he placed it in that very untypic position. By the way the 220mm cooler is as effficient as the 330mm version as it has a few rows more as the height in this position is not really a limiting factor. So the cooling area is at least the same.
As we all know that an oil cooler is by far not the most expensive part in such a build up we can all guess which methods were used to lower the costs for the rest of the setup.

Funny thing??!! ;) You are lucky my friend. Not me.
And really I wonder what was done INSIDE the motor.

Like SAR does on your car, i think the position behind the water cooler is a pretty efficient position..

I'm interested about the references
Can you give me an equivalent?

I've found that :

In my case it is this one:

Here a picture:

As you can see there is still space for more rows if you think you need that.

Thank you for the information.
Seems to be a big one, but I think it is mandatory with the k20, turboed.

I have a question regard what was done by mister B
Do you know if he changes the bolts of cylinder head (cylinder head studs)?
I'm afraid he did not change them?

He used to use AFR head stuts, but as I see new things about is work getting worse and worse daily I would propably change them if the head is off.

You are right!
Because it is a so long tuning, he probably meet lot of problems (and probably because he felt)
As a result he tries to lowered the expenses and probably he did not change them. In this case, if he does not change head stuts it is once again unprofessional
There is a risk of water leakage in oil etc...
Pffffffff WTF

hey bro, im really sorry to see that and im still wondering about the BHT guy, how can he still walk and still make this *work* for years?

forget the lawyer, in germany its pointless, sometimes more pointless then in russia :) if you want get your money back, get some friends, drive up there, come to his house, sit down and make him understand that if he wont or cant pay, there will be no good end, and if he dont have money then just take things that you like with you, that how i would do that...

its just sad, you buy a car, you go work for months to build your dreams and then you get this piece of crap! :wall: :wall: :wall:

It seems in germany laws allows this man doing his job with no problem at all.
What I can say is nobody comes to this thread saying he finds the job was done right. SO I think people are understanding or evaluate the risk of general failure, the risk of fire of everything else than can happen when he touch the car.

This thread is near 10.000 views. I dont know of it is so much but probably not bad and maybe people save some euro thanks to simply sharing what was done.

This man is a lyer, a stealer and is maybe not even capable of changing a wheel.

I will not go to his house, for sure I think some people will find their own story very bad and will do what everybody wants.
Not for me. I will just share for the next year to the web what happened to my car because of this bas***.
