I do not address this to you but to anybody who reads this in the future: I would suggest to go to the police right after the company has finished their work on the car. To receive the TÜV certificate the car has to be safe to be moved in traffic afaik. As far as I can tell from some pictures that I have seen this CAN NOT BE THE CASE when it comes to cars from this company. Just imagine losing your front bumper on the highway because it was only mounted with two loose screws. These cars should not be able to get the TÜV certificate imho! There must be a way to not give the car back to the company as their previous actions were not legal! Inform your lawyer RIGHT AFTER PICKING UP YOUR CAR! Do NOT disassemble it!
I am not a lawyer nor have I studied anything in this area, but a company can not ask you to give your car back to them after acting illegal in my opinion!

I understand exactly what you said. And believe me I have a TUV certificat that seems to be all but a real one.
In fact a real one, but it is probably some kind of "corruption"...
A luxemburger lawyer is looking after an german lawyer for me :)

With my car you could easily see how TÜV works there. I ordered a stoptech braking kit that for any strange reason did not find the way to BHT in the 6 months my car was there. But strangely enough it was in entered in my car documents by the TÜV though it has never been installed. So the TÜV there seems to sign everything.

I don't know what TUV is capable or not
All I know is I have an exhaust registered with TUV

But numbers recorder on TUV certificat are not welded on the exhaust
And catalysator ain't got any references, and is not on TUV certificat too

That very strange...

Just to explain ->
Because of multiple postpone till the car was finished during 2 months (or more) the man said it was ok for me to catch the car.
I buy a train ticket after asking 3 times if it is ok (74€)
Finally because of this man never goes to scholl and to understand why i asked 3 times... cancelled... so 74€ lost

So he brings me the car... WITH THE MANIFOLD BROKEN!!!
And he ask me to bring to him the car at my fee for him to have a look... Unable to send me a truck at his charge to solve the problem he creates himself because of ignorance.

Ok let see what going on :



This strange system is broken... But during 2 weeks he said me no. It is not broken. I made this for the last 1000 cars. They all drive at NOS...

An another view... We see clearly the problem. Screwed, welded or anything else.. This is big shit...
We can see lot of oil, stange weld on downpipe... For sure he don't now what is "formier gaz"
Different diameters, as usual. Because he is not a "welder". He is nothing in fact

Very cheap mix of new and old hose...
Maybe good for 1000km but more?? Futur problems to come, for sure



Sorry for poor quality. Oil pressure jauge was not mounted? Floating oil pressure jauge!!! I put some electrical adhesive band just time to find what can I do with this shit... He his unable to finish the work. Put ask to pay at full price

Turbo oil feeding

The first think people are saying when I show some pictures of oil feeding to french forum is : how it is possible to mount this... Highly risky... Imagine in case of hose breaks near the downpipe..... big FIRE!!!
And he saids me, no I always made this when I go to track... And it is real... he always do this shit!!!

The hose touch the valve cover...
