This is incredible! The pictures could have been taken from my car, the mistakes are almost exactly the same. The is no improvement at all. But we spoke about that in detail via PN...
The problem with the lawyer is that you may not touch the car until the process is over which takes very very long. You need to give him the chance to repair existing problems twice, but who will give this man his car again? The pictures clearly show that he is never able to make a clean and functioning setup that lasts. I dont know how it is in Luxembourg, but most propably paying again for a professional setup by SAR/TT is the only way for you to have fun with your car. That is the way I did it too. Maybe we can meet and you can have a look at the TT setup, Luxembourg is not too far away from me.

I do not want to said how much I paid... I want to save my heart...

Actually it is asking to me to drive the car for the man to have a look... Because his AGB said than you have to do that. the man give you a car that does not run, but you have at your fee to bring the car...
But I can't drive, the car is actually fully stop because of manifold (broken) and oil feeding near to be cut...
This car is not my daily as a result if I want, I can lett the car stopped during 3 years .. I need to make up my mind...

I have some others pictures to show... Not lot of time at the moment.
I will try tonight or tomorrow

on facebook there's another discussion about one of his turbo projects!

you can find it in the group: honda community deutschland

the guy is called can who bought an crx del sol turbo kit! he is having problems with his turbo and thinks its bht's fault! i also posted a comment in this discussion! i listed all the users here on maxrev who have problems with their turbo setups!

all he answered was:

because racecars, it's the costumers fault, he has the experience, his cars are tracktools, i build over 300 cars, none of them has problems, bla bla bla

it's so sad to hear! i hope that some day there will be a solution every can be happy with

Ive red the same in "Matz CTR" thread,
the same reason for disgusting 280PS,
350PS ordered...

How is it still possible for that guy to sell his "work"?
I think the german justice is quite too harmless..

There has to be somebody who has not disassembled his car yet! Maybe single parts (manifolf, ...) might also count as an evidence.
You could of course not sue him for messing up the whole car after disassembling it, but what about single parts? As far as I can tell he didn't just fail when building the whole car, but also at building every single part.
I would give it a try: The more people, the greater the chances for success!
