If you dont need the car I would definately try to get some money back. The car has now most propably less worth than before without turbo! |

I saw people spending roundabout 12.000Euro and recieving completely destroyed engine, turbocharger, injectors, flywheels and so on and so on. Even after the person won the lawsuit after more than 1,5years he never saw a cent. We all know that problems on a buildt can occure. We all are just humans. But than a shop needs to talk to his customers and has to try to find a way to solve the situation. A business should be run in a honest way. But for what this guy is doing I got no understanding. I got no understanding for the disrespect he treats his customers. Shops like this are a shame for the entire tuning industrie. This is why turbo tuning has a bad reputation. This really has to come to an end. And honestly I hope that one day he´ll get all the bad things back .... It is a shame, it is a shame ... that is all I can say. But what I do not understand is why don´t people look into the shop when they bring theire cars? Why do they not take a look at the working area, the engine disassembly area, engine assembly area, welding area, fabrication area? I think if a shops looks nice and clean, if there are different separated areas, the shop cars are nice, clean and look professional, other customers cars look professional that says a lot of the shop´s average work. For example: If I would see crankshafts laying around on a dirty floor, see a dirty and messy working bench that usually says that these guys do not care about a clean engine assembly. If I would not see a separated and clean welding area that shows that these guys know nothing about professional welding. I would also take a look on the way the entire shop is organized. Where the parts are stocked. How many parts are stocked. Well, big part stocking are way too expansive for such small shops that earn money with building cars, but an adequate and well organized stocking means that the shop is able to offer fast replacement if something gets demaged or a problem occurs. And you are right too, spending the price for a tuning and divide his value by 2... @hondaapi: you are all right too. Believe me, I was too far. In fact I understood my mistake when I arrive in this poor garage... And it was confirmed when reading stories from Maik and Matz. First pictures sent confirm it will be a "rampage"... but too late Is German law so cool for this kind of business? I can't believe! About disrepected of his customers : I think this man won't go to long enough to school to learn basis.He dont know welding, mechanical or whatever but undestand his business. Catch some cash fast, denegate all problem thinking people spent so much money in tuning it will left nothing for an lawyer... Actually I'm calculate the price of an action, but like you said, if it is to win and do never recover the money... |

You paid for a "custom buildt" and not a for a clear defined product. That means you paid for a "turbo setup" and you recieved a "turbo setup". You paid for a BHT setup and you recieved one. The "quality" does not matter in that case. |
