I have read the whole thread.

I think it is a really nice write up for users who think about a turbo conversion and for user which cars get messed like yours. It shows them to not give up.

Yes I think it is important to not give up and good to share for other to know.
Finally I've learned lot of things. At a really high cost. This cost me some 4000€ to rebuild the motor, the exhaust etc
INfortunately, some pictures links seems no more available

Now the motor is fully rebuild.
First start tomorrow

More information :
We were not able to use the ARP rods bolds because eagle one are special. So we decided to reuse the old one. ARP seems to be good enough to reuse it.
We change the piston rings, so pistons are really woesners
Seems woesners are 86,9mm bore and boring is to big. Seems 87mm

Finally we decide not to use the switch to use the kpro capability to switch from low to high boost
We will run 2 different maps. The first for track or daily use, low boost, probably running 0,6 bar
An another one for pleasure, 0,9 bar. Fuel line is stock so it seems to be a maximum

Anyway we check the compression map and the poor kkk k24 seems to be best at 1 bar at 5000rpm. We will not go more than 8200rpm trying to reach 380bhp

I don't know exactly, the owner simply inform me he needs some more informations about parts fit on his engine
And then the mechanic (?) man will be the witness (?) to explain to the judge (?)
one thing I own an expertization was previsously done last year. A really detailled one.
All the crapy work can be see.

Obvisouly the money I gave to the Bauer will return to the owner of the fn2 ^_^
Unforntunately I don't think this will stop the Bauer selling some more silver-painting-bloc. :hrhr:

I'm so sad the boring of the motor is too big for my pistons.

Is someone is able to confirm the usual wall to piston clearance for woessner??

Finally the motor was open I remember the tuning lasts 8 month with BHT. here the removing, the opening of the k20 lasts less than 4 hours The refection will be made in the next days. The first start and the next 1000 first km in the next 2-4 weeks Then a tuning (on road) And probably later on dyno. We are expecting to output 360bhp@0.8 bar With virtualdyno the car never output more than 320bhp@0.9 bar probably because of strange map without any vtc. So lets go...As thought some surprise....Bulk informations: eagle connecting rods (Seems to be some good stuff.. but..one of the 4 connecting rods was inverted compared to the 3 others!!) arp rod bolds (ok) unknown pistons (probably woessner but not sure) oem head stud (!!! I'm not sure but it seems maybe better to fit some ARP no?) unknow head gasket 4 puck unsprung clutch. (unable to understand why Ralf Baier fit an unsprung clutch. Will be replaced by a Competition Clutch, stage 4 or 5 can't remember). The clutch always shaked the car. In fact a piece of clutch part of a pad is missing. I don't know if it is the origin of the problem. Or maybe the clutch to not perfectly push the pressure or I don't know why... The front support motor is fucked. Need to screw a new hole (don't know the english word , probably Threading or tapping ..) The man how is working on my car laughing about the overall quality. I'm unable to explain a professional did this work. The man explain me he never saw this kind of piping.
