This one looks nice in FF3, IE6 (with JQuery z-index Fix), IE7 (with JQuery z-index Fix), IE8, Opera9 and Chrome3. In IE5.5 the sub navigation is under the main navigation if the navigation has more than one line (no z-index fix found).
